Bonsai is one of the 20 largest market research companies in Germany for the first time. This is according to the Context Turnover List 2023, which marktforschung.de has now published. The figures reflect the fact that our growth strategy is paying off.

The newly developed study "Deutsche Bank Standard of Living Index 2023", which was implemented and surveyed by Bonsai Research, met with broad media interest. The Frankfurter Allgemeine, Saarbrücker Zeitung and Südwestpresse, among others, reported on the study. Articles were also published in the trade press (marktforschung.de) and the business press (Geldanlagen Nachrichten).

Der Spiegel reports on the German Donation Monitor 2023, which is conducted by Bonsai Research for the German Fundraising Association. Der Spiegel writes: "According to a survey, donation behavior in the country differs according to political preference. According to the survey, supporters of the Greens are the most generous (...). Voters of the AfD are significantly less willing to donate than those of other parties." Just one result of the German Donation Monitor that shows how many interesting details about the donation behavior of the population the study contains.

The preliminary coverage of the largest social media study on changing values was enormous: daily newspapers, the trade press and several news portals reported on the Value Index 2024/1: how society is drifting apart and the tone in social media is becoming harsher. The new Glory Payment Report shows that consumers have become much more open to new (self-service) technologies. Many expect them, as the report's new Bonsai study shows. The barriers to self-service have never been so low. The principle of self-service is now accepted, and the technology has arrived. The use of AI has also long since ceased to be a taboo subject for the vast majority.

The trade press reports on the current results of the Bonsai OTC Pharmacies Field Service Rating 2023. According to this, Ratiopharm, Bionorica, Beiersdorf and Orthomol have the best field service. In general, three quarters of pharmacies do not want to do without OTC sales force visits. However, the individual observations of the manufacturers show serious differences - especially in very decisive criteria such as the willingness to recommend.

Increasingly precise market research methods enable organizations to get to know the donations market and thus the behavior of their target groups better and better. Protected word-picture marks, algorithms, calculations and indices, the composition of which is known only to the institute. Is this kind of demarcation still in keeping with the times?
