Bonsai establishes new sales unit

Bonsai Research is expanding its test market and distribution concept: "Bonsai will in future also offer start-ups and established companies distribution in the food service sector, i.e. in gastronomy, communal catering and wholesale," reports the markenartikel.

"With the new offer, we are transferring the data-supported distribution, for which Bonsai stands, to another rail, the food service," explains Bonsai CEO Jens Krüger.

Kyra Thiele is responsible for the food service area in the newly founded unit 'Bonsai Sales & Food Service'. The sales expert comes from Lunch Vegaz, where she most recently worked as a key account manager.
