Bonsai expands the Bonsai Lab at the beginning of the year

Lara-Elena Milosevic and Sylvia Kobbe start as consultant and project manager in the Bonsai Lab, the qualitative research unit of Bonsai Research. The new colleagues will support the team led by Alexandra von Cukrowicz with their expertise, especially in the areas of project and community management, design thinking and social media listening. 

"We urgently needed to increase the staffing of the Bonsai Lab," commented Bonsai-CEO Jens Krüger on the personnel changes: "After a fantastic year overall for Bonsai and especially for the Lab, with new clients and exciting projects where we were also able to try out a lot of new things, we needed reinforcements for 2022."  

"The growth of 2021 will continue this year," adds Alexandra von Cukrowicz, Head of Bonsai Lab: "With Lara-Elena Milosevic and Sylvia Kobbe, we were able to recruit our desired candidates for the Lab at exactly the right time."

The colleagues are no strangers to the team: Lara-Elena Milosevic already had contact with some colleagues in qualitative research during her training as a specialist for market and social research at Kantar and worked in the field of CX and mystery research at Bonsai during her sociology studies. Sylvia Kobbe also comes with a lot of experience from her time at Kantar - in the Health division and most recently as a project manager in qualitative research in Hamburg. "With the two new additions, we are well equipped for the exciting projects of 2022 right at the beginning of the year," emphasises Alexandra von Cukrowicz: "And the best thing is: we can get started right away."
