Bonsai is expanding its CX/Mystery and Business Solutions business
– Anna-Sophie Knebel will become Team Lead and Client Partner for the CX/Mystery and Business Solutions division at Bonsai. She will join the existing leadership duo of Maik Stücken and Martin Siek.
– With two new consultants, Jana Lunau and Ilona Schinz, additional capacity is being created for Bonsai ’s operational business.

Hamburg / Bielefeld, October 7, 2025. Bonsai is responding to its growing business in the CX/Mystery and Business Solutions sectors with three new hires. With Anna-Sophie Knebel, Bonsai is bringing on board an experienced researcher with many years of experience in complex national and international projects.
