This year's Insights Congress of planning & analysis attracted around 200 industry participants. Together with Dr. Christiane Quaas from Weleda, Prof. Dirk Frank from Bonsai presented the Best Case Weleda with the questions: How large are the target groups we can really reach - and are we making sufficient use of the growth opportunities? What role do segmentation and the customer journey play?


Dr. Christiane Quaas, Global Market Insights Lead for Global OTC Pharma Business Development, Weleda AG, shared highly practical experiences from everyday business life. Together with Prof. Dirk Frank, Head of Strategy at Bonsai, she presented how the Growth Potential Studies from Bonsai and the segmentation based on them work for products as different as an over-the-counter cough medicine (health) and a feel-good product such as tea (wellness).
