2024: Bonsai invests in new areas, tools and people
Bonsai Research continues to expand this year: the new unit Bonsai Future was founded in 2024 with the team from the former Trend Office. Most recently, market research was taken over from VR Insight with all tools and parts of the team(read more). In total, around a dozen new employees have come on board at Bonsai this year, without whom this positive development would not have been possible.
Sales growth and award nominations confirm the Bonsai strategy
Together with our new and existing colleagues, we have worked above all on bringing new tools to market maturity that really help companies move forward, which is vital in economically challenging times. All of this brought us new customers and increasing sales. In the ranking of the largest market research institutes, we were already among the top 20 in terms of turnover for the first time in 2023. The trend is clearly rising (which is why we are very excited about the next sales ranking). However, our growth is not purely quantitative, but above all qualitative - with the latter being a prerequisite for the former. This is one of the reasons why Bonsai has been nominated in three of the five categories in the new TOCii Award (Top Of Class Insights Industry) from marktforschung.de and the industry trade fair succeet: Customer Journey & Touchpoint Analysis, Pharma and Healthcare Research and Trend and Future Research.
