Bonsai Health wins the TOCii Award
At the premiere of the Top Of Class Insights Industry award, TOCii for short Bonsai Health will be honored as the top institute for pharmaceutical and healthcare research at the Succeet industry trade fair on Wednesday. "We have significantly expanded Bonsai Health in terms of content and personnel over the last three years and are delighted that the independent jury of experts is now recognizing this work," says Bettina Mertens-Danowski, Head of Bonsai Health.

First of all, thank you to the readers of marktforschung.de for nominating Bonsai Health for the TOCii Award - and of course to the jury of experts who have now recognized us as one of the top three institutes in the field of pharma & healthcare research.
Why did Bonsai Health deserve the TOCii Award? Here is the summary of the jury's statement: "Bonsai Health provides a comprehensive, holistic analysis for the pharmaceutical and OTC market by combining qualitative and quantitative research with real sales data. Through innovative, AI-supported approaches, such as virtual pharmacies and test markets, it provides valuable insights into sales optimization and marketing effectiveness. The institute is particularly active in the pharmacy industry and offers unique tools, such as mystery shopping and real-time online reporting, to uncover weaknesses and optimize the customer journey."
Bonsai Health is now expanding its RX research

"But we are not resting on our laurels," emphasizes Bettina Mertens-Danowski and announces another key topic for Bonsai Health 2025: "We will significantly expand the RX area this year with new offerings." Bonsai Health has brought in reinforcements to drive forward research into prescription drugs: "With the new colleagues and their expertise, Bonsai Health is now well positioned in terms of capacity for qualitative and quantitative market research in the RX area in terms of industry, indications and methods." What the TOCii jury said about Bonsai Health (see above) applies equally to OTC and RX research. However, RX is known to pose additional challenges for which Bonsai Health is equipped, as Dr. Anke Möser, Client Partner at Bonsai , emphasizes: "Together with our network of partners for recruitment and fieldwork, we are also able to research difficult target groups in the areas of rare diseases and oncology."
