Bonsai expands the Bonsai Lab at the beginning of the year

Lara-Elena Milosevic and Sylvia Kobbe start as consultant and project manager in the Bonsai Lab, the qualitative research unit of Bonsai Research. The new colleagues will support the team with their expertise, especially in the areas of project and community management, design thinking and social media listening.
