Congratulations to our customer Amalia Neufeld! The founder of GASTROtaste / POMOM was awarded the first Female Founders Award 2022 at Internorga. The award for female leadership in start-ups is presented by the Best Founders Family of Hack AG together with Zentis, Zeelandia and the foodservice women's network.
With her presentation, Amalia Neufeld convinced the four-member expert jury - Alice Kratky (Head of Global Innovation Management at Zentis), Ilona Renner (Managing Editor foodservice), Prof. Dr. Christina Günther (WHU Chair for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises) and Jan König (Co-Founder of Odaline) - of herself and her business idea. With her brand GASTROtaste / POMOM, the winner offers a concept that has been specially developed for the catering industry: Premium Smoothies, Smoothies Bowls and Milkshakes that are prepared in seconds. Frozen, finely seasoned, portioned and ready for the blender.

The Female Founders Award confirms Amalia Neufeld in her course - and in her conviction that a start-up needs convincing (personal) communication in addition to a convincing idea, because: "Business is created between people", says the founder of GASTROtaste / POMOM.

The award was presented at the customer and partner event on the eve of Internorga. The prizes of the Female Funders Award include a presence in the GenussGarten at Internorga worth 15,000 euros.
