Cultural analyst comes to Bonsai

- Nadja Hilse starts today as Client Partner in the Bonsai Lab
- The experienced semiotician complements the portfolio of Bonsai

Bonsai Research, market research specialist for consumer and shopper research, continues to expand its staff: Today Nadja Hilse starts as Client Partner in the team of Bonsai in Hamburg. The experienced semiotician and specialist for cultural insights analyses strengthens the team. Bonsai Labqualitative research team at Bonsai. Nadja Hilse takes on a cross-sectional function between innovation research, brand strategy and consulting. The media scientist previously worked as Associate Director Brand Strategy at Kantar Added Value, Kantar's former consulting unit.

In her function at Bonsai , Nadja Hilse will also be responsible for the analyses of the Values Index. The joint project of Trendbüro and Bonsai Research has been one of the largest continuous social media analyses on social and cultural change since 2009. "As an experienced semiotician, Nadja Hilse is just the right person to support brands in correctly interpreting the cultural signs and translating them into strategies," Jens Krüger explains the personnel appointment: "She not only has experience in qualitative research, brand and strategy consulting, but also in operational implementation on the client and agency side."

"At Bonsai , I am attracted by the tools available - especially the NeedScope model and the Values Index," Nadja Hilse explains her change. "Both complement my previous semiotic work perfectly. The Bonsai Lab is one of the five research fields that Bonsai Research has already been able to significantly expand this year. Alexandra von Cukrowicz has been active in this field since the spring, Ina Komischke since the beginning of the year. In addition, this year among others, the Analytics Team (with Renate Drees, Marcel Kügler and Mario Trosien) and the Strategy Team (with Thomas Hoch, Manuel Otte and Joachim Odendahl) have been strengthened.
