Top Of Class Insights Industry: Bonsai nominated three times
The industry portal marktforschung.de, in cooperation with the industry trade fair succeet GmbH, will be honoring the best providers in the insights industry in various areas every year. The award is called: Top Of Class Insights Industry, or TOCii for short. At the premiere, the readers of marktforschung.de nominated Bonsai in three of the five categories: Customer Journey & Touchpoint Analysis, Pharma and Healthcare Research and Trend and Future Research. A jury consisting of ten renowned representatives from commissioning companies (such as operational market researchers and CX managers) and neutral experts (such as lecturers in the field of market research or former market researchers) will now decide which of the nominees will be at the top of the podium.
The TOCii Awards will be presented at succeet , which opens its doors in Wiesbaden from February 12-13, 2025. We are looking forward to the verdict of the expert jury.

Bonsai Shopper research - customer journey & touchpoint analyses
The USP of our customer journey & touchpoint analysis service is the combination of survey and observation data. The digital touchpoints and their content, i.e. the entire digital journey, are mapped on the basis of real usage data. Artificial intelligence helps to convert the data into personalized engagement. Our new bonsAI is the first AI for marketing that is based on real behavioral data from more than 20 million online users - to name just one example.
Bonsai Health - Pharmaceutical and healthcare research
We are recoding the customer and patient journey and have the hard data to do so: Bonsai Health can access the merchandise management systems of stationary and mail-order pharmacies. Using pharmacy sales analyses, we determine for our customers how their marketing or training measures affect sales and turnover for pharmacists and doctors, for example. It doesn't get any closer to ROI than this. We also combine pharmacy sales with behavioral data and psychological surveys based on scientifically validated implicit and explicit approaches. We use our brand strategy tools to research the emotional and rational positioning of pharmaceutical brands.
Bonsai Future - Trend and future research
Bonsai Future has only been operating as a separate unit since March 2024. However, Bonsai was very early to embrace new technologies such as AI tools and social media analysis with its trend and future research. Our USP is that we always work on the basis of data. Our evidence-based approach has proven itself in many of our future studies - our predictions have become reality, as shown by the Nestlé Future Study, for example, the results of which have come true in the 15 years since it was published. Our scenario planning helps companies to prepare for various possible future scenarios. The scenarios are based on the analysis of trends, megatrends and disruptive changes as well as surveys of experts and consumers. We examine strategic options, identify risks and enable our clients to make flexible, long-term decisions. The aim is to build resilience and be able to react more quickly to unexpected developments. We also conduct the largest social media analysis of social change with the Values Index .
