Bonsai Research expands its Analytics team

Three new analysts at Bonsai

- With Renate Drees, a renowned analyst with many years of experience comes on board. Two other analytics colleagues, Mario Trosien and Marcel Kügler, also start in May.

- Bonsai Analytics is already the fifth area that Bonsai Research is significantly expanding this year - after Customer Experience, Shopper Research, Bonsai Strategy and Bonsai Lab (qualitative research)

Hamburg/Bremen, 07.05.2021. The consumer and retail specialist Bonsai Research is strengthening its Analytics division with three new colleagues. 

With Renate Drees, a top expert with more than 30 years of experience joins the Bonsai team as Senior Research Analyst. Renate Drees previously held a similar position at Kantar in Bielefeld. Two more colleagues also started in the Analytics department on 1 May 2021: Mario Trosien and Marcel Kügler

"We are pleased that we have found a renowned expert and two young colleagues to advance our core area of analytics even further," says Dirk Hamann, member of the management of Bonsai: "Especially in the area of ROI analyses, in which Bonsai has always been strong due to its test market history, our customers are currently reporting increased demand. We can now also further expand the business field 'Analytics@yourCompany' - i.e. the linking of company data with market research data in-house on the customer's platforms."   

The current personnel appointments and structural adjustments are part of the growth strategy of Bonsai. The areas of Customer Experience & Mystery Research, Bonsai Lab (qualitative research), Shopper Research and Media have already been strengthened this year. On 1 February, Maik Stücken (as Client Partner Customer Experience) and three other CX experts joined Bonsai. Ina Komischke (Bonsai Lab), Martina Heise (Shopper Research), Michael Voß (Media & Analytics) and Thomas Hoch (Bonsai Strategy) also joined as Client Partners this year. In addition, Bonsai took over the brand strategy tool NeedScope from Kantar on 1.4.2021 - and gained two more NeedScope experts in addition to Thomas Hoch.
