Bonsai takes on experienced researchers from Kantar

Sabine Hedewig-Mohr writes in planning&analysis: "Customer Experience and the Bonsai Lab are being strengthened. Five researchers are initially named, but Jens Krüger, CEO of Bonsai, announces: 'We will be able to announce a number of further personnel in the coming weeks and strategically expand our portfolio with further tools.'"
