Bonsai brings food start-ups forward

The new Bonsai food service clients: Ramtin Randjbar (Zonama) and Amalia Neufeld (POMOM)

- Bonsai is now the exclusive distribution partner for the food service of the start-ups Zonama and GASTROtaste in Germany. 

- The innovative and well thought-out smothie and bowl concept POMOM (GASTROtaste) is taking off in the catering industry with the Bonsai food service. 

- Zonama's innovative snacks, the Zebra Bar and Zebra Bar pro bars, as well as the ice cream of the future, Zebra Ice (the pure fruit for self-freezing), brings Bonsai to the wholesale market.

Hamburg, 21 March 2022. Bonsai now also offers start-ups sales in the food service sector - in gastronomy, communal catering and wholesale. Just one month after the launch of the new unit "Bonsai Sales & Food Services", the first projects for two new clients are already underway. Bonsai uses its expertise and analyses from the research area to make trends in nutritional behaviour (for example on the topic of snacking) usable for providers in the food service sector at an early stage.
